For this new build, the client worked with their designer to outfit an entire suite of offices and meeting spaces using the Z-Series collection in coordinated variations. The goal was to create a professional environment where every room felt connected — without feeling repetitive — while giving each space its own personality and purpose.
A Unified Look Across Every Room
One of the biggest challenges in furnishing a multi-room office build is keeping the design cohesive without making every space feel identical. By pulling from a single collection and varying the configurations, finishes, and accent pieces, this project achieves a polished, intentional look from the front entrance to the back boardroom.
The Z-Series was the foundation that tied it all together, featuring:
A rich walnut woodgrain finish used consistently across desks, credenzas, and tables
Clean, modern lines that read professional without feeling cold
Coordinated storage pieces that match the desks in every room
Flexible configurations that adapt to executive, private, and conference use
The result is a building where every room feels like part of the same story.
Private Offices with Personality
Beyond the main executive suite, the build included multiple private offices for leadership and staff. Each was furnished using the same Z-Series foundation but styled with different accent pieces to give every occupant a space that feels personal.
These private offices include:
Z-Series desks paired with matching credenzas and lateral file storage
Ergonomic task chairs in coordinating black finishes
Burnt orange swivel tub chairs that add a pop of color and modern energy
Statement abstract artwork that ties into the overall warm color palette
Secondary sit-stand desks for flexible workstations within the same room
By keeping the core furniture consistent and varying only the accent seating and art, each office feels distinct while still belonging to the larger design language of the building.
Conference Room for Working Sessions
A dedicated conference room was outfitted for team meetings, working sessions, and collaboration.
This space includes:
A coordinating Z-Series conference table sized for 10–12 seats
Matching high-back leather conference chairs
Burnt orange accent chairs at the head of the room for visitor or presenter seating
A wall-mounted screen for presentations
Additional storage credenzas to keep supplies organized and out of sight
The setup gives the team flexibility for everything from quick check-ins to full group meetings.
